We started this business because we saw a need for a more innovative, thorough and consistent approach to the discovery and communication of the fundamental attributes that make an organisation what it is.

With this in mind, our core team of people collectively brings a variety of skills. Project design & management, research & analysis, strategic thinking, message articulation, creative development and marketing are all essentials in the work that we do.

Most of us have held senior management roles in respected communications businesses. We have also designed and delivered significant projects with well-known organisations in virtually every sector both in the UK and internationally.

This has given us invaluable insight into the motivations and behaviours of different people and the influencers of organisational culture.

Latterly, we have expanded our portfolio of projects through working with emerging or evolving businesses looking to establish themselves on a local or regional level.
